
How can i display the customer user group in the Agent ticket details page? Thank you very much Alessandro

Ciao Alessandro, Cust user group should be implicit setting customer user enable to write tickets in a group (and so to a queue). If it has rw to many groups really I don't know a different way as such going to see detail of it in admin.
