Hi: I have the otrs running, i have some queues but i only want to receive notifications from some of them even when i have rw right for alls. There are another people who need to receive notifications from the queues i don't want to receive. I don´t find some way to do that. Is something to enable it? Jorge

I'm quite new on this list (a real newbie :) ), but my first guess is:
dispatch or filter it via procmail.
