Cannot change service and/or SLA on existing ticket

Hi all, I am not able to change Service or SLA on existing ticket. Change is saved but ticket fields Service and SLA remain unchanged. I'm on OTRS 2.2.2 and ITSM 1.0.2. Could someone please help me with this problem? Thanks a lot, Regards, Zdenek

I am using same versions but I am not able to set the SLA and Service for a ticket. The fields are available but they are empty. Any help?
