Aside from the bug with special characters in the subject line (http://bugs.otrs.org/show_bug.cgi?id=781), 2.0 has been as stable for me as 1.3.x. However, there are some new features and fixes in areas that I don't use between 2.0 beta versions, so YMMV. If you're interested in helping with the development process, of course, you should be using the betas and filing bug reports for anything that's wonky. :) Bryan
