Hello!
A user question this time :)
I've been using 1.0rc1 sinds last tuesday. Wednesday the company I work
for had a huge networking problem that caused issues for most of our
customers.
Talk about grand timing: OTRS saved my ass big time :) :)
So thanks for that.
I do have one question/issue:
When 'zooming' a ticket I would really like to see all the notes
(internal+external) all at once, withouth having to click on each
individual 'agent (note-internal)'-link.
Is this a configurable option, or does it require some recoding?
Thanks in advance,

There is no config option at the moment. But it's a pretty cool idea. I but it on the TODO list. Workaround: Use the Ticket-Print-View.

Thanks again, Martin, for your quick reply. I'll use that workaround for now and wait till my Perl skills are up-to-scratch, or untill you guys have fixed it. ;-) Martin -- .''`. | : :' : | `. `' | `-
