Set Service in ticket from external Customers

Hi! Within a short time we turn on the "services"in our OTRS, I can verify that the service and Customer users to be assigned in Customer <-> Services, then my question is this. How I can assign service to tickets for users who are not registered in my OpenLDAP? and they never be set in Customers<->Services.

Dear José, you need to setup the default services (same frontend, on the very left hand side) Cheers, Nils On 02.03.2011, at 19:42, José Francisco Luis Medina wrote:

oh yeah! thanks my friend, yesterday I could verify that services should place by default, and it worked for my tickets for IMAP but I open tickets through "Ticket Phone" and not let me put the "Services", there is some additional configuration? El 02/03/11 16:58, Nils Leideck escribió:

I've noticed that when I'm creating a phoneticket displays the services only if the customer is in my LDAP, but no shows services for external users. I need help... El 03/03/11 09:13, José Francisco Luis Medina escribió:
