
Hello, ours customers receive our mail answer with OTRS with a subject as: [Ticket#2007031210000057] Printer problem They would prefer a subject like this: Printer problem [Ticket#2007031210000057] Is it possible to change this ? I think it's only possible with modifying the sources. If you tend to do this, consider http://dev.otrs.org/ Perhaps Kernel::System::Ticket::Article::ArticleSend, or substitute-regey in Kernel::System::Email::Send?
