Hello Michael, I don't think that OTRS is causing this error so this could become difficult. Here are some suggestions : - verify that OTRS contacts the right pop3 server by checking the pop3 settings and by using netstat - test the connection with a second pop3 account and see what happens - examine the protocol data with a network sniffer or a logging tcp proxy Please write if you need assistance.
