ITSM modules and OTRS 2.4.1
Hi, I would like to use the ITSM modules with OTRS 2.4.1. Is this supported. It doesn't specifically mention it in the documentation as far as I can tell, and so far my attempts at upgrading have resulted in all the ITSM modules being lost. Thanks in advance. Regards, mischa
Hi, as recently answered by somemone to the same question I asked , no. You have to wait for the new version of ITSM that I hope should come soon. Hi, as it was already mentioned few days ago when i first asked bout ITSM module for OTRS 2.4.1 it was said that ITSM 1.2 isn't compatible with OTRS 2.4.1, and i believe it still isn't so like many of us, you have to wait for the next ITSM module version to be annonced :-( stay tuned ! :) Rachid On Thu, Jul 23, 2009 at 04:42:47PM +0200, Mischa Capazario wrote:
