Hello All, Is there anyway you can have more that one queue defined as a CustomQueue, or if not is there a way to have none? Thanks Steve

Yes, just hold down the control key as you click on the extra queues you want to add. Once all the queues that you want as your "custom queues" are highlighted, click "Update". -- Chris Salter -----Original Message----- From: otrs-bounces@otrs.org [mailto:otrs-bounces@otrs.org]On Behalf Of Steve Wilson Sent: November 6, 2003 11:51 AM To: otrs@otrs.org Subject: [otrs] CustomQueue Hello All, Is there anyway you can have more that one queue defined as a CustomQueue, or if not is there a way to have none? Thanks for that, but where do you do that I thought it had to be done by editing Kernel/Config.pm? Sorry if this is a dumb question, as you can tell I am new to OTRS :-) Thanks Steve -----Original Message----- From: otrs-bounces@otrs.org [mailto:otrs-bounces@otrs.org] On Behalf Of Chris Salter Sent: 06 November 2003 17:00 To: 'User questions and discussions about OTRS.' Check out the "Preferences" screen. This is a preference set per-user. :-) Actually, I should just double-check that we're talking about the same thing... Are you talking about the "Custom queue" or "personal queue" that defines which tickets are shown when you click the "QueueView" button? If so, then my instructions will work for you. I've got it set up on my own system so that I've got a couple queues marked as "Custom queue" so that all the tickets in each queue are listed in that view, it makes my life much easier. If that's not what you're talking about, could you be a little more specific so that I can actually start helping you instead of confusing you? :-) Hope this helps! -- Chris Salter -----Original Message----- From: otrs-bounces@otrs.org [mailto:otrs-bounces@otrs.org]On Behalf Of Steve Wilson Sent: November 6, 2003 12:10 PM To: 'User questions and discussions about OTRS.'
