mail notification to queue admins on new ticket?

Hi, I'm new to OTRS, but I managed to configure most of the options i needed, except this one : If a client opens a new ticket, I want that OTRS send a mail to the admins of the concerned queue. Is it possible and how do I configure it? thx B.
