ldap customer search slows down webinterface A LOT

Not sure if this is really a bug but when I setup otrs to point to an LDAP backend for customers it seems to look them up just fine in a timely manner but now every time I click on any button that has to do with tickets (search tickets, zoom ticket etc...) it takes about 30 seconds to open the site. If I take the ldap stuff in Config.pm the webinterface responds nearly instantly so it's definitely LDAP. I wouldn't be amazed if my LDAP lookups also took 30 seconds but they don't !! Yet searching the ticket database takes ages. I guess otrs does an LDAP lookup for every ticket it finds to match the customer but should that take 30 seconds considering that I only have one ticket in there for testing right now. Otherwise I like otrs more and more..keep up the good work !!!! Alex
