Hi, I've been using OTRS successfully for several months but have not yet used the customer users section, primarily because I don't want to give customers yet another password to remember. It seems that by using HTTPBasicAuth for customer users I may be able to solve this problem but I'm uncertain an how to configure it properly. What values should I use for: $Self->{CustomerPanelLoginURL} $Self->{CustomerPanelLogoutURL} And how do I access the user id? Thanks, Marcus
