Hi, I've just managed to upgrade from 1.0.2 to 1.1.0 and everything went fine. Also login screen appears okay, but when i try to login, this message appears (I have rh8+apache2.0.40) Server error! The server encountered an internal error and was unable to complete your request. Error message: Can't use an undefined value as an ARRAY reference at /opt/otrs//Kernel/Output/HTML/Agent.pm line 71. Did you upgrade the database via (see UPGRADING file) 'cat $OTRS_HOME/scripts/DBUpdate-to-1.1.mysql.sql | mysql -p -f -u root otrs'? Martin -- Martin Edenhofer - <martin at edenhofer.de> - http://martin.edenhofer.de/ -- Noch 150 Tage bis zum Gäubodenvolksfest! ;-)

Hi,
Did you upgrade the database via (see UPGRADING file) 'cat $OTRS_HOME/scripts/DBUpdate-to-1.1.mysql.sql | mysql -p -f -u root otrs'?
I did, but if I took out "-f", i saw some error about duplicate key. I didn't know if that was the reason. After restarting services, otrs began to work flawless again! :) Regards, Alex
