Ok, we need to forward automatic emails from a certain source, say @ email.com to another email address outside of OTRS (2.4.7). I can't change the address this email is sent to, but I was hoping there was a way in Postmaster Filter or somewhere else that can be set to: from: @email.com forward: another@myemail.com Anyone? Cheers :-) Andy

No it can't, you would need to use something like procmail to incept the
incoming mail and process it to filter and redirect those emails then pass
the rest to OTRS.

You can not do this in one step, from the postmaster filters, but you can do it with the event based notifications. You can set a free text field using a postmaster filter, and then use the notifications (event based) to forward it to a given email address. Or maybe you can even skip the postmaster filter and only use the event based notifications. HTH, Mike
