Thanks

I have installed OTRS out of the box ... so far so good !
I installed ldap as authentication mechanism , works !
Now I want to use Oracle as my repository for my data ..... storing tickets etc. I have installed Oracle with the DDL from OTRS.
I changed all the parameters in Config.pm to point to Oracle .. at least I think so...
I stop MySQL ... when I start OTRS and try to hit the login url I get an error, OTRS can't find MySQL . What am I missing here, using Oracle as a backend it still needs mySQL ?
Does anybody have clear instructions what needs to be configured and where in order to have Oracle as a repository for the tickets ?
Thanks
Chris
