Hello, we are running OTRS 3.1.1 and we are seeing a strange phenomenon since a couple of weeks. For some reason "broken tickets" are being created in the OTRS system, this means Agents are seeing empty tickets. Ticket id is being created but no article ID, you can click on the empty ticket but then the following error message is being displayed: no ticketid is given! I have searched everywhere, but I cannot find the reason why these strange tickets are being created. Does someone every had these experiences ??
