Agent notification of new tickets

Hi, I am not receiving agent notifications when a new ticket is entered via the web interface. Proper notification is sent out when tickets are entered strictly via email. Any ideas? Thanks, Jennifer Valdez

The notification is queue-dependend. Perhaps your Mail-incoming tickets are assigned to a queue with actived notification, in contrast to your queue used by new webrequest-mails?
