Hi all, I'm trying to authenticate against an OpenLDAP server, using the core.schema, i'm unsure of what to put for uid etc, do I need a specific schema for otrs authentication? (I basically want 3 groups, internal users, agents and customers). Or do I just need to add an additional attribute to the OU?
