Hi Sarah, This is not so much an issue with the font we use, but with the PDF::API2 library that is responsible for generating the PDFs. See also http://bugs.otrs.org/show_bug.cgi?id=3736. Versions 0.71 and 0.72 are affected by this; you should either upgrade to 0.73 or downgrade to 0.69 or so to have it fixed. They don’t look like dejuvu.  Where are the fonts kept?  Or should I say where to perl expect the fonts to be located?

Do the fonts need to be installed separately?
