hi martin, thanx for your quick answer! :) i use 0.5 beta7 config.pm is 1.54 date 06.08.02 where can i get a newer config.pm? is 0.5 Beta8 still released? greetings - holger

No, that's fine for 0.5 Beta7. How about the database. Is $OTRS_HOME/bin/CheckDB.pl working. Did you install the RPM version?
