Hi. I got my picture of the customer in the ticket working, thanks for the help :-) I'm a bit confused about the names of the fields available to the dtl-files. Are they documented anywhere? And why do the names change between the dtl files? In AgentTicketZoom.dtl the customer login is "CustomerUserID". In AgentTicketPhone.dtl and AgentTicketEmail.dtl the same field is called "CustomerUser". Am I missing something? -- Lars
