Hello, I've installed OTRS 0.5Beta7 with all required perl modules that are listed in the documentation. But when I go to "stats" in the frontend, I only get a numerical overview with "closed succesfull" and "all" tickets, but no graphics. What do I have to do to get these graphics like in test system of OTRS? Are there any configuration options that I didn't find? Thanks in advance. Ja, the stats graphics will be generated by $OTRS_HOME/bin/mkStats.pl. If $OTRS_HOME/bin/mkStats.pl is executed, a new picture will be written to $OTRS_HOME/var/pics/stats/ and shown in SystemStats. Make sure, that $OTRS_HOME/var/pics/stats/ (mkdir -p $OTRS_HOME/var/pics/stats/) exists. PS: I added the missing cronjob for stats (CVS).
