Hello Guillaume, I got the same issue and found somewhere in the mailinglist a solution, which works quiet well now.

In Config.pm, define an array like this: my @ldaphosts = ( 'dc1.domain.local', 'dc2.domain.local', 'dc3.domain.local');

Now, evrywhere where an entry for Host is necessary, use this variable, i.e. # CustomerUser # (customer user ldap backend and settings) $Self->{CustomerUser1} = { Name => 'LDAP Backend', Module => 'Kernel::System::CustomerUser::LDAP', Params => { # ldap host Host => \@ldaphosts,

# AgentAuth $Self->{'AuthModule'} = 'Kernel::System::Auth::LDAP'; $Self->{'AuthModule::LDAP::Host'} = \@ldaphosts;

# CustomerAuth $Self->{'Customer::AuthModule::LDAP::Host'} = \@ldaphosts;
