I would like to create a chart/table with stats on the # of tickets opened and # of tickets closed (preferrably each week). First, from what I can tell it is impossible to do this by week, correct? If that is the case I can live with daily stats. Second, I don't see how to combine both of these into just one chart> What I want is the x-axis to be Time, the y-axis to be Number, and the values to be opened and closed. However, the time has to be tied to open/closed and this throws everything off. I am able to accomplish this by creating 2 charts, each specifying the x-axis as open/close time and nothing else. But I need these values side by side. Ive actually went as far to make a script/excel macro/batch file to do all this, but we need something for management to just click on in the online interface. Any suggestions? -- ryan
