Why the incoming email not post in raw queue?

i have just created a otrs system and i've created a mail aliase for the system by add the fllowing line to /etc/aliases helpdesk:otrs but while the user send email to helpdesk@mydomain, the mail would become a new ticket, but it posted into some other queue rather than "raw" queue. so how can i configure it to post all incoming email to raw queue? Thank you very much Chris. 最新鈴聲推介:十面埋伏,千金,七友... http://ringtone.yahoo.com.hk

E. g. by creating a system email address (AdminArea->Email Addresses) and select the queue for this address by incoming emails via bin/PostMaster.pl.

Hello: As far as I can determine, ticket merging is "on the to-do list" but not implemented as yet. Is there anyone out there who has a workaround to this? Alternatively, is there anyone out there who is working on this feature who might have and be willing to share their current code for the same in return (and back to otrs naturally)? This need is a show-stopper for us so any information, advise or pointers anyone has will be greatly appreciated. Michael Witkowski witkowsk@pop900.gsfc.nasa.gov 301.286.3887

Hello: I want to modify the display (color, blink status, etc) of a ticket queue and its internal (zoom) information based not only on age but also on queue (ie queue-age key-value pair). I have seen where I can start modifying the code to do this but want to be sure of a few things first. If I am re-inventing the wheel on this one, please let me know.... Also is there any one else out there with this interest or who has put any work or thought into it? One concern I have is that If I change the base code too much, I may make it difficult for us to upgrade to new releases and keep the functionality I introduce. Any advise on this would be greatly appreciated. Michael Witkowski witkowsk@pop900.gsfc.nasa.gov 301.286.3887
