feature request: query "time_accounting" for all tickets of customer x

i've asked to get this feature into otrs. if otrs will not add this feature, i need to do it and maintain it by myself. that's the diff. Yes, we would very much like to see more statistical brain in OTRS, too. Alas, it usually doesn't make it to Prio 1, as Statistics will always stay a bit outside the main focus of a Ticket Request System.
