Auto-Reponses to Customers

All of our auto-responses to customers have the default "From" address, OTRS System. I thought I had disabled this address by making it invalid through the Admin Interface and adding our our own. The crazy thing is that all auto-responses to admins has the new address in the "From". Ha ha, its crazy, I would care at all if it were the other way around and admins getting messages from OTRS System.
