Hello, I'm interested in this application. But does it have a way to create powerful reports for managers to show where resources are being used throughout the organization? Thanks for any help, Joon

Its a mysql database and if you grab the DB diagram from otrs or use some
sort of data dictionary generator (phpMyAdmin has a nice one), you should be
able to assemble the reports you need.
The beta version has a much more enhanced reporting engine, reports can be
created Ad-Hoc from within the application! Its really nice!

Thank you for that great info. The download page doesn't seem to
mention any beta. Does it have to be compiled from cvs or should I
wait the 38 days until the next version release? I'm on win32.
Thanks again,
Joon
