For the first time, i want to send using phoneview, but after clicking "store", I got the following error: Software error: Died at /usr/local/OpenTRS/bin/cgi-bin/../../Kernel/System/Ticket/Number/AutoIncrement.pm line 74. I have successfully updated the admin area and no errors prompted. But here in phoneview, i received this error. Any kind-hearted in this list? Fine that your setup is working now. :)
If you have a look in your otrs log file (normally syslogd -> /var/log/messages)
you will see, that you have a file permission problem.
-=> With OTRS comes a program (bin/SetPermissions.sh). This will set all permissions
(see INSTALL).
Try: SetPermissions.sh
