There is a ticket in RAW queue that qulifies for JUNK and what about such ticket ? In first way I will move this ticket to JUNK queue and close it but is there sense to store such tickets? Or if to store such tickets maybe there is something like move to other queue and close in one step?

Check the archives, this has come up a couple of times. A popular solution seems to be create a Junk queue and create a GenericAgent job that deletes all tickets in the Junk queue every couple of minutes. So, when you receive a junk message, you can just move it into the Junk queue and it will be removed automatically. Nils Breunese.

I am testing the calendar module and noticed that the "Today" button does not do anything useful. When Clicked - it just reloads the current calendar view (be it 5 day 7 day or 3 month view) IMHO it should be loading Today's appointments in the expanded format. I have OTRS 2.1.6 viewed the page with IE7 and FF 2.0.0.3 This problem can be viewed even on the demo system (2.1.7) http://demo.otrs.org/otrs/index.pl?Action=AgentCalendar Is it a bug that I should file or a "feature" that I do not understand? Thanks

Sorry, did not change option to search All tickets =========== see http://bugs.otrs.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1589 if you click on this button, the calendar will be reloaded and shows the time slot with the current day. It's useful if you moved to October 2029 and you don't want to click back for each month. ;) =========== Really, Today button should show today's appointments :) Vladimir Doisan wrote:

That's your opinion. :) I use iCal on my Mac and when I click the today button I don't want to switch views (day/week/month), but I just want to view today using my current view. I don't use the OTRS calendar module, but I guess it works in the same way. Nils Breunese.

What do Mac users know about calendars? :p (j/k) I understand where the developer and you are coming from, just feels counterintuitive to me. How about a new view button to display only today's appointments? (more of a "me wants" than "me needs") Vladimir Nils Breunese (Lemonbit) wrote:

It jumps back to "today". E.g you were looking for an appointment in the future, and now you want to go back to this weeks appointments, but don't want to click the "<<<"-link 20 times, you just click "today" and are back on the todays-view.
