can i keep a copy in my server

Use a procmail rule on your pop/imap account google: procmail rule :0 c : $SYS_HOME/var/INBOX.Backup.$MONTHFOLDER look at : /opt/otrs/.procmailrc or by a .forward rule: #cat/home/username/.forward \username, otrsadress@example.com -- hs
