Dear All, Upgaraded to OTRS 1.2.1 from 1.1.3 * *RH 9.0 Perl 5.8 GCC 3.x.x Problem : Can not get graphs though GD is installed on the server. Did you install the cron scripts ? one of them generates the graphs regularly. Try running bin/mkStats.pl and see if any error comes out. Brice
