If you would have looked on the main website, you would have seen the link Support -> Commercial support: http://otrs.org/support/ OpenSource projects don't come with an SLA, they come with a manual and friendly people who try to help. If you need commercial grade support, you will have to pay for it.

You can get commercial support for OTRS if you wish. Please see http://www.otrs.com/en/support/ for more infos. Unfortunatly we have to priorize commercial requests so the mailinglists do not get the attention theey should have :(.

New subject: change standart subject of ticket

Hello all. I would like to ask for your assistance in changing standard subject. Now ticket subject looks like - "[Ticket#2007041110000842] test subject" and I want to change it to following "My COMPANY - date - Ticket#2007041110000842 - test subject" Is this possible?
