Can I mandatory control the queue in "new ticket" for each customer?

For example, i have created 2 queue, "q1" & "q2" and i have 2 customer, "c1 & c2". I want c1 can only select q1 in the "To" dropdown list when he create a new ticket, and c2 can select q2 . How can i do this? Thanks Chris 最新鈴聲推介:十面埋伏,千金,七友... http://ringtone.yahoo.com.hk

Oh sorry! :) What I want to say is that it's not possible to configure the queue-selection for each customer. -=> It's just configurable for the whole system.
