Hi, I have installed OTRS without installing GD. I read in the manual that you cannot generate the graphs without GD, which makes perfect sense. However, I am not able to get even the text-based or CSV version of the stats to generate. Is this normal behavior? Or do I need to do something wrong in my configuration? Thanks, Akbar
