RFE - customer web interface - multiple queues levels

Hi to all! I'm using OTRS from more than a year and it works really nice. (because of this) I have a lot o queues configured in OTRS with multiple levels of queue. Do you think it will be possible to have a nicer customer web interface with no pull down menu having lots of queues. Having a pull down menu for top level queues and other menus for nested queues would be great! Do you have any plans to include this feature? regards, Giuseppe
