I've been working on getting a Windows-based OTRS installation running here. Things were clipping along fine, and I had it sending and receiving email without a problem. Now, however, I can no longer seem to login to root@localhost to administer the system. Since I'm running on Windows using an external SMTP server, I can't send a new password to root@localhost either using the forgotten password form. Is there some way I can reset the password for the admin account, given command-line access to the OTRS installation? Thanks in advance for any help, Sean

Ah, I found it:
Otrs\bin\otrs.setPassword does the trick.
