Hi, Is it possible from within the web interface to remove agents, users, groups, queues. I have a couple of customers who are not supported anymore and I want to carry out a tidy up operation. The OTRS philosophy is to not ever delete anything. You can set customers to be no longer valid though. Just login as a user that can access the Admin section and there you can change your agents, users, etc. See chapter 5 of the Admin Manual: <http://doc.otrs.org/2.2/en/ html/c737.html>.
