According to the FaQ[1], I've tested installed modules with this following command: # perl -cw /opt/otrs/bin/cgi-bin/index.pl [Tue Oct 12 10:03:54 2004] Generic.pm: Malformed UTF-8 character (unexpected continuation byte 0xa7, with no preceding start byte) at /opt/otrs/bin/cgi-bin/../../Kernel/Output/HTML/Generic.pm line 1111. /opt/otrs/bin/cgi-bin/index.pl syntax OK Apache's already set to use UTF-8 charset by default and if I change this directive, this error occurs again. If I comment this line, the warning about UTF-8 character disappear but the problem not. Any idea ?
