You can use the GenericAgent to do this. In my opinion the name for the GenericAgent is not the best chosen, but in short you can use it to create jobs, which you can schedule. You can set up a GenericAgent job to search for tickets from a given address and close (or even delete) them in bulk. You can run GenericAgent jobs once, or schedule them to run on an interval.
