No. You can either use mod-perl2 for all OTRS modules or you can run OTRS completely without mod-perl2.
I have some problem wih apache2....
Can you describe your problems more detailed please? I also noticed problems with OTRS and mod-perl2 under debian and I also have no idea, what causes this problems. No. I can use the package manager with apache 2 and with out mod-perl2. OTRS doesn't require mod-perl, every thing works without this module. Also it should make no difference, if apache 1.3.x or 2.x is in use. It looks like you have a problem with your installation.... When i click on 'Package Manager', on browser i read: 'Require mod-perl 2' !!! Hi! I haven't tried v2.0 yet, but I had the same problems with v1.3.2 and mod_perl2. Now it is working perfectly using the settings posted here: http://lists.otrs.org/pipermail/otrs/2005-February/007379.html I'm almost sure that it will work for v2.0 too. Give it a try and let us know, please. Regards, On 4 May 2005 at 10:23, max@nch.it wrote:
