Hi Florian, Almost all scrips under ‘bin’ folder were replaced by console commands. From your OTRS folder, execute: perl bin/otrs.Console.pl —help or perl bin/otrs.Console.pl List you will found 'Admin::CustomerUser::Add’, the command you are looking for. Greetings, Carlos García
