Hi! I'm trying to understand how de block of dtl works and how dtl work! I'm making some changes in the agent interface,i'm working on AgentTicketQueue.dtl and at some lines it appear something like <!-- dtl:block:QueueNav -->.I'm wondering if what comes below this is the <!-- dtl:block:QueueNav --> or this is a call to a block already defined. So if is like a function where is the body of the function?? Hello. Take a look at your browser's 'View Source' and you'll see that those tags isolate areas where calls to database data, etc. are placed upon execution of the script. Those tags don't show up in 'View Source' but the output from that dtl data chunk will. I guess they may be considered 'markers' (?) to identify where to begin and where to end that data insert. At least that's what I believe occurs. HTH
The body is between those two :-) I dont get how to add another one. I want to put the queue navigation at the bottom, after the last ticket in the current view. Does someone add the sort options from locked tickets to the queue view?
