Hi Paul, I am not that familiar with Procmail but if you have a look at http://www.xray.mpe.mpg.de/mailing-lists/procmail/ and do a search for "attachment" I am pretty sure you will find an example or solution for your attachment problem. Same goes for the HTML issue. You can force the tickets to be moved to a special queue by adding the "X-OTRS-Queue: xxxxx" header in your .procmailrc. See the .procmailrc in your OTRS distribution for examples for this. Regards, Tom

I'm wondering if anyone has developed a procmail rule to put any e-mail messages with an attachment or that are in HTML into a special queue. Does anyone have any ideas on how to go about doing this?
