Disable notifications to customer and disable website

Hello OTRS users, I've been searching the archives/documentation/SysConfig for a long time but I didn't find a solution how to disable all notifications to customers and disable the website for customers. Does anyone knows how to disable these features? Kind regards, Kees van Rooden

Why would you want to do that? Why not just let them email problems without registrating them as customers? I think it's possible to set a queue to public so anyone can email to it without having to registrate first. Grtz, Wim Kees van Rooden wrote:
