Hy all, i have several users on my otrs system, some of them are part of an internal service. my goal is to make all member of this service to see all tickets created by their mates. Note that they should see these tickets only using the customer interface not the agent interface. any ideas on how to make this possible ? Thanks for your help :) Rachid
