
Hello Martin,
I've been trying to use OTRS in combination with our current
customer-administration-software. Our software is webbased.
What I need is to be able to push a button on a webform, and
automagically open the otrs-page 'index.pl?Action=AgentPhone'. The
tricky part: I want our customerID already filled in on your
AgentPhone-form. But I don't know what files to edit to enable this.
Or what <input>-tag to put in my form to get our CustomerID in your
AgentPhone.
Any help is much appreciated!

Works lika a bloody charm! Thanks a million, man.
Our current webbased-customer-database-application now has 2 additional
buttons: 'tickethistory' and 'new ticket'. Clicking either will open
OTRS showing either the list of tickets this customer has had, or a new
PhoneView entry.
Too sweet. :)
Now all I have to do is make a nice template-layout that will fit in
nicely with our current software. :-)
