Hello. I am running version 1.2.1. I do keep a copy of every message that gets sent into OTRS. I've been able to use our exchange message tracking tool to find the messages by ID. When I search for the message in otrs, I do find the ticket but the status is "removed". I'm not quite sure what to make of that, but I am interested in the upgrade to 1.2.2. Hi. I'm pretty sure we've encountered the same problem. This was at the time when we were testing either 1.2CVS or 1.2.1. Now that we are using 1.2.2 the problem has vanished. So i guess it would be interesting to know the exact version of otrs you are using.
