Hi, is faq.otrs.org still in use ? I can no longer find any link to it on www.otrs.org and it also uses the old site design. I wonder what the replacement could be. The former otrs-forum has been moved to http://forums.otrs.org/ and added sections for a couple of languages including English. Info in the FAQ was pretty obsolete in parts, so I guess it's a good move. it is true, the faq.otrs.org page is still in the old design and not linked on the new project page. The content is still maintained while the forums of course are also under administration.
